Ben Lichtenwalner is the founder and principal of Radiant Forest, LLC. He has studied and promoted leadership development for over 20 years. Mr. Lichtenwalner has 2 decades of corporate management and leadership experience. His corporate experience spans CIO, VP, Director, and many management roles at Fortune 500, INC 500, and Nonprofits. His education includes a B.S. in Management Science & Information Systems from Penn State University and an MBA from Lehigh University.

Then this course is for you.

The main class is about 12 hours long, spread over two days.  In addition to the main class, there is an optional advanced interview to help your instructor (Ben) best prepare each class for participants. In addition, there is a 30 day, post-class, one-on-one follow-up session to answer any questions or challenges encountered following class completion.

Furthermore, Ben enjoys building professional relationships with participants. For this reason, many past students now consider him a partner in their business.

So, overall, the structure is as follows:

  • Pre-Class interview (Optional) – Usually 30 minutes, roughly 10 business days prior to the class
  • Class Day 1 – Generally 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM US ET
  • Class Day 2 – Generally 8:30 AM  US ET to 12:30 PM US ET
  • Post-Class coaching (Optional) – Also about 30 minutes, usually about 30 days after the class.

Your instructor, Ben, loves this stuff. He’d teach it for free if his wife and children didn’t like a roof over their head and food in their bellies. He teaches it virtually to maximize access and minimize costs. Plus, he’s been doing it a long time, so he knows how to keep costs down without hurting your experience.

We do everything we can to keep costs down. However, this is not some boring, prerecorded class. Every lesson is taught live. Every class is customized to the participants involved. We believe this ensures maximum engagement, benefit, and growth for participants. In addition, your instructor, Ben, has a wife and children who like a roof over their head and food in their bellies. Ben strives to make every class as interactive as possible. That said, he understands some participants prefer to observe more than participate. While they will need to engage during group activities, those students should not feel uncomfortable.

Our participants are busy professionals who generally find it difficult to get away for even a day. We maximize this time by capturing your specific challenges and opportunities during the pre-class interview. We find courses longer than a day and a half often prohibit many from participating. That said, it is a very 12 hours.

We believe 12 hours is the perfect time to ensure participants leave confident and comfortable in the new skill sets.
